Publishing opportunity for science fiction and fantasy (and you don’t have to have an agent)

If you’ve finished a fantasy or science fiction novel but don’t have an agent, you’re in luck.
Harper Voyager, an imprint of Harper Collins Publishers, is accepting unsolicited submissions to find new authors with fresh voices, strong storytelling abilities, original ideas, and compelling storylines.
Harper Voyager is accepting manuscripts for a two week period: Oct. 1 – 14, 2012.
Harper Voyager is looking for full-length manuscripts only. A full-length manuscript should be more than 70,000 words, and ideally 80,000–120,000 words.
Visit the submission portal at www.harpervoyagersubmissions.com. You’ll also find complete guidelines and details.
Voyager seeks all kinds of adult and young adult speculative fiction for digital publication, but particularly novels written in the epic fantasy, science fiction, urban fantasy, horror, dystopia and supernatural genres.
The manuscripts most suited to the global Harper Voyager list will be selected jointly by editors in the USA, UK, and Australia. Accepted submissions will benefit from the full publishing process: accepted manuscripts will be edited, and the finished titles will receive online marketing and sales support in English markets internationally.
I am really impressed with your writing skills as well as
with the layout on your weblog. Is this a
paid theme or did you modify it yourself? Anyway keep up the nice quality writing, it is rare to
see a nice blog like this one today.
Thanks for your comment! We use the Linen theme. We haven’t customized it but added our own banner and logo. This theme also has the option to use a slider. It is a premium theme. Thanks for reading!
